This hotel was just what we needed.

Appreciated the way our apartment with aircon was arranged. The staff in the hotel were caring and very amiable, helped with baggage.

Comforts of spacious and cozy room with aircon were fabulous. Location: the hotel was short walk to the zoological gardens. We stopped by Cloud Lounge for coffee and treats, it was relatively near the property.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and were quick to respond to any requests or concerns. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, as it provided much-needed relief from the heat. Lastly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently close to the zoological gardens, allowing me to easily explore the area.

Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, overall I had a satisfactory experience.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning in the bedroom make for a comfortable stay. A variety of tasty breakfast options available 🍳. the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the zoo!

Everything was nice. Personnel was helpful. Got suite as expected, really enjoyed it. Location is great. There's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like Habibiz Sri Lanka, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

One minor drawback was that the entrance door to the hotel was occasionally locked, which caused some inconvenience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dehiwala during our city trip. The hotel provided us with two clean and spacious bedrooms which was perfect for our group. the hotel's location was great, allowing us to easily access the main road and nearby station. On top of that, the staff were helpful and friendly which made our stay more enjoyable.

We were disappointed to find out that the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave. We also found that the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't functioning well.

The apartment had all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay, including soap, towels, and water. the location was convenient, with easy access to major roads and transportation. We also enjoyed the spacious living area and comfortable blankets provided.

The lack of a fridge and microwave in the apartment, which made it difficult to prepare our own meals. the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work very well, although the one in the living room was much better.

Our stay at Maple Tree Residencies was overall a good experience. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Galle road and Dehiwala station. The staff we encountered, especially the new staff member who checked us in, were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues like the lack of a fridge and microwave in the apartment and the AC not being the best in the room, we would still consider staying here again. we found it to be a value-for-money accommodation option in a great location.
